Columbus schools still haven't implemented some data-scandal recommendations

More than five years after The Dispatch first revealed the data scandal over student attendance and performance scores at Columbus City Schools, the district hasn't implemented all the recommendations in an internal audit designed to prevent a repeat - including many "requiring immediate corrective action."
