Columbus reports 5% jump in enrollment

After years of flat or declining enrollment, Columbus schools saw a surge this fall. New high-school students helped push Columbus City Schools’ enrollment up by more than 5 percent at the start of this school year over the start of last school year, an increase of about 2,300 total students, according to the district.
