Columbus police identify officer shot while conducting raid

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- A Columbus police officer was shot while conducting a raid on the north side of the city.The incident happened Friday afternoon in the 1500 block of Cordell Avenue.Authorities say the officer, Robert Lagore, a 23-year veteran assigned to the narcotics bureau, was shot in the foot and he is expected to be OK.
