Columbus police identify body found in Milo-Grogan

Bays was found unresponsive inside a residence in the 500 block of East 2nd Avenue in Milo-Grogan neighborhood Tuesday morning. Police have not disclosed how Bays might have died but said, "The evidence at the scene indicated the victim was murdered."
