Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority to privatize agency, lay off workers

The Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority plans to lay off 41 workers as the agency moves toward privatizing management of nearly 1,400 public housing units. The switch will occur on March 1, 2016.
