Columbus man dies after being hit by car

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a person was hit by a car in Clinton Township late Friday night.45-year-old Kevin Boone of Columbus was crossing Cleveland Avenue near Melrose Avenue just before 11:30 p.m.He was crossing away from an intersection or crosswalk when it happened.Boone was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.Stay with 10TV and 10TV.com as the investigation continues.
