Columbus man arrested after partner discovers undisclosed HIV diagnosis

Westerville Police say that a Columbus man with HIV had sexual contact with a woman without disclosing the virus to her.According to police, Thorsha Cartharn engaged in a sexual relationship with the victim beginning in February of this year.The victim became suspicious of Cartharn’s prescriptions while helping him through an illness this April.
