Columbus inking agreement to develop Scioto Peninsula near COSI, Vets

A piece of the Scioto Peninsula near COSI and the former Franklin County Veterans Memorial property will be redeveloped into a mix of residential housing, retail store fronts, commercial office space and a hotel. The Columbus City Council will consider an economic development agreement next week with the Columbus Downtown Development Corp. to redevelop the site just west of the Vets site.
