Columbus Humane investigating after 3 dogs found dead from hypothermia

The Franklin County Dog warden informed Columbus Humane about three dogs who died because of hypothermia. One of the dogs was a stray that was found in the Linden area of Columbus. It is not yet known if the other two dogs were strays or someone’s pets. Columbus Humane will investigate any neglect or abuse that could have led to the dogs dying in the cold.Columbus Humane has received double the amount of calls from people worried about animals who are outside.They say to call 614-777-7387
