columbus: Hillwood Acquires New Columbus Spec

Hillwood Investment Properties , a Perot company, has just acquired Rickenbacker 8, a new 484,216 square foot class A industrial warehouse developed by the Opus Group at the Opus Business Center in suburban Groveport. Opus and Founders Properties were the sellers.
