Columbus Fire Lieutenant struck by lightning in 2014 passes away

A Columbus fire lieutenant who was struck by lightning outside of MAPFRE Stadium in 2014 has passed away.The Columbus Division of Fire confirmed that Stuart Tudor passed away early Thursday morning as the result of an infection that developed recently.They said the infection was attributed to injuries sustained from the lightning strike.Fire officials said Tudor recently retired back on September 2.Tudor was struck by lightning in June 2014 while at a charity event.
