A section of downtown Columbus was blocked off and some evacuations were ordered Wednesday morning after a bank robber threatened to set off an explosive. Police say the man walked into the PNC Bank branch at E. Broad and N. 3rd Streets at 9:19 a.m. and handed a teller a note demanding cash.
