Columbus council to vote on two Short North development deals

The Columbus City Council plans to approve legislation tonight that will swap city-owned land for more public parking in the Short North. Council members will vote on the ordinances today when they meet at 5 p.m. at City Hall. The no-bid land swap would add 143 public parking spaces near High Street in the city’s most popular area.
