Columbus council to vote on stricter ethics rules

The Columbus City Council is set to approve new ethics rule proposed by Mayor Andrew J. Ginther after multiple scandals at City Hall. The Council plans to discuss and approve three pieces of ethics legislation when it meets today at 5 p.m. at City Hall.
