Columbus City Schools’ major building projects on the way

Stepping through the front doors of what will be Columbus City Schools’ largest gymnasium is like entering an airplane hangar. The 35,000-square-foot gym is just part of the district’s new Africentric Early College Pre-K complex. The 55-acre campus between Bexley and Whitehall was a vacant field when ground was broken during the summer of 2014, but a school campus is taking shape today.
