Columbus City Schools cancel classes; other districts delay start

Columbus City Schools have canceled classes, citing the extreme cold. Columbus Catholic schools, Groveport Madison schools, and most school districts in Fairfield and Pickaway counties are also closed today; and many other central Ohio districts are starting classes on a two-hour delay.
