Columbus City School District propose 3-part ballot Issue 57

Thousands of voters went through the Franklin County Board of Elections, Early Vote Center on Wednesday to cast their ballots weeks before the November election.
Officials with Franklin County say the lines had been steady throughout the day, with more than 2,200 people voting early.
