Columbus Castings parent files for bankruptcy

The company that owns Columbus Castings has filed for bankruptcy protection at the same time that it continues to take steps to sell the South Side foundry. Constellation Enterprises LLC says it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which would allow the business to restructure its debt.
