Columbus 911 dispatchers experiencing issues with 'ghost calls'

A 6-month-old baby is dead and a glitch with cell phones and the 911 system is being blamed.A mother in Dallas says her babysitter was unable to get through to 911 because the system was clogged with what are called ghost calls.
