Colleges should save money, cut students' costs, study says

Ohio’s colleges and universities can do more to reduce costs, and the money they save should go directly to easing students’ burden, according to a task force charged with figuring out how to make college more affordable. Task-force members said some of the quickest ways to reduce costs could be more joint purchasing, helping students get their degrees on time and lowering textbook costs.
