Coleman presents his last budget as Columbus mayor

Mayor Michael B. Coleman presented his final operating budget proposal this morning at City Hall, an $834.8 million plan that sets out to better protect neighborhoods and keep streets plowed for the upcoming winter. “We’re leaving this city in a strong financial condition,” Coleman said this morning.
