Clintonville seeks architectural review zones

New apartments and extended-stay hotels. Three- and four-story buildings going up along key thoroughfares. Arguments over development along North High Street and Indianola Avenue have prompted the Clintonville Area Commission to move to better control the look of things in those corridors.
