Clerk shoots back

A clerk in a Driving Park convenience store exchanged gunfire with two men who shot at him and a customer from a moving car early Sunday. Witnesses and surveillance equipment show two men in a silver Volkswagen Passat with a moon roof, firing several rounds at the store clerk at the Livingston Market, 1619 E. Livingston Avenue at approximately 2:58 a.m., according to investigators with the Columbus police assault unit.
