Civil cases will move ahead in Fire Ball incident

The decision not to file criminal charges involving the Fire Ball accident does not mean this incident will stay out of the courts. The decision now allows civil suits by the victims' families to move forward.One person, Tyler Jarrell, was killed in this accident.
