City will spend $46 million on project

Columbus has approved spending up to $40 million for road improvements and $6 million in tax incentives to help OhioHealth move its offices out of Downtown and create 1,150 new jobs in the city. The Columbus City Council approved on Monday the tax breaks and road improvements for the interchange of Route 315 and West North Broadway on the Northwest Side.
