City plans to codify University District commercial-building standards this year

Columbus officials want to turn the University District Plan's development standards for commercial areas, including height restrictions, into law within eight months. But that won’t be in time to have an impact on the controversial View on Pavey Square apartment development or any projects that sprout before the Columbus City Council can act.
