City of Columbus creates new plan to stop illegal dumping

Tuesday Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther and council member Emmanual Remy announced a new plan to help curb illegal dumping in alleys across the city."If you dump in our neighborhoods, we're coming after you," said Mayor Ginther.
