City of Columbus changes program, cancels march for MLK celebration

COLUMBUS, OH - The City of Columbus made changes due to frigid temperatures for the annual celebration for Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday.While the city canceled the march, the rest of the program at East High School, 1500 E. Broad Street, is going on as planned.The celebration is focused on the theme, "It's our time, a movement toward justice."The program will feature orations from the first and second place winners of the annual MLK Youth Oratorical Contest.Reverend Marissa R.
