City finishes 2015 with 99 homicides

A double murder inside a Northeast Side duplex on New Year's Eve raised the total number of homicides in Columbus in 2015 to 99. Officers dispatched to 1812 Bucher Street shortly after noon on Thursday to check on the well-being of a resident Nelson Peel, 53, and Rodney Peel, 51, dead. The investigation continues.
