City defends snow-removal efforts despite sloppy commute

Downtown workers reported drive times of two hours from Powell, 90 minutes from Clintonville and Northwest Columbus and 70 minutes from Westerville. Cars were reported in ditches, spun out and facing the wrong direction and, in one case, on fire at Long Street between High and Third streets.
