Circleville woman testifies she was joking when talking to 'hitman'

CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — The woman accused of hiring a hitman to kill the mother of her stepchildren testified today that the secretly recorded tape of the transaction when she paid the killer had been altered. "There are two parts missing," Tara Lambert said at her trial, where she faces two counts of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder.
