Chive Charities donates van to Logan County family

Supporters of Chive Charities say their goal is to “make the world 10 percent happier.” They easily exceeded that percentage recently with an Ohio family. On Friday, Heather Butler cried tears of joy as she talked about the difference that a wheelchair-accessible van — donated by the charity — would make in her family’s life.
