Chillicothe once again shaken by a woman’s death

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio — Chrissy Young stood in front of her house, the one at the dead end of Brownell Street, and she trembled. She sobbed, she cursed, she punched her fists into the air because there was no one specifically, really, to actually punish. Yet her anger was there, bubbling up. Young was heartbroken because she is pretty sure she knew the woman — or at least knew of her — who had just hours before been found dead steps away from Young’s home, hanging by a shirt
