Children services seek help identifying toddler found wandering on east side

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Authorities are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying a girl found wandering alone on the east side of Columbus early Wednesday morning.She is being cared for by Franklin County Children Services.The girl was found at approximately 12:45 a.m., when a Columbus Police officer was flagged down by a citizen in the area who had found a child in an alley near Livingston and Fairwood Avenues.The name and the address of the child is unknown to authorities.
