Chicken salad recalled due to misbranding, undeclared allergen

WASHINGTON – Caito Foods, LLC., an Indianapolis establishment, is recalling approximately 242 pounds of fully cooked chicken salad product due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
