Chicago Redflex trial

Former Chicago transportation department employee, John Bills, is accused of accepting up to $2 million in bribes and gifts from Redflex to help the company gain influence and win contracts. A key player in the $2 million red-light-camera bribery scandal in Chicago testified during a federal trial this week that the company operated in similar fashion in Columbus.
