Chef T's aims to please with handcrafted dishes

"I don't change anything without reaching out to the community and asking them what they'd like to see," Gross said of his new restaurant, Chef T's Pub , in Olde Pickerington Village four miles southeast of Interstate 70. And it appears he'll have to ask often, because Gross said he plans to change 30 percent of the menu every 30 days.
