Charges filed in 1985 Gahanna cold case

Charges have been filed in a central Ohio murder case that dates back more than 30 years.Douglas Krumlauf, 63, was indicted for the 1985 murder of Sharla Spangler near Gahanna. Spangler was 24 at the time.The Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office says that Krumlauf was connected to the crime after his fingerprints were entered into a database in 2015.
