Charge against Central Crossing HS band director dismissed; still on leave from district

GROVE CITY, Ohio – A charge of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor filed against the band director at Central Crossing High School has been dismissed according to records filed in Franklin County Municipal Court.Keith Hallas admitted to a police detective he received nude images of a student who was 17 years old, according to the criminal complaint filed in court.The charge was dismissed on Sept. 21 at the request of the Franklin County prosecutor’s office, according
