Central Ohio's first 2018 Gates Scholar finds motivation from single mom

Eighteen-year-old Ricardo Felix has earned a prestigious scholarship from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.The South High senior earned a 4.05 GPA, all while participating in extracurricular activities and taking speaking engagements across Central Ohio.
