Central Ohio storms did number on power, roads

About 5,600 central Ohioans are still without power after storms and about 3 inches of rain hit the area over night and throughout the morning, according to the American Electric Power website. Power outages affected 3,534 Franklin County residents and 2,111 Delaware County residents. AEP is not reporting any outages in other central Ohio counties. AEP tweeted that it hoped to restore power by 7 p.m.
