Central Ohio jobless rate falls to 3.8 percent

The jobless rate in central Ohio tumbled to 3.8 percent in September, its lowest rate since May, when the rate was 3.7 percent, according to state figures released Tuesday morning. The rate continues to be the lowest among the state's metropolitan areas.
