Carroll mayor aims to break GOP hold on Fairfield County commissioners’ board

LANCASTER — Carroll Mayor Tammy Drobina says electing a qualified female Democrat would bring balance and a different perspective to the Fairfield County commissioners, a group now made up of three Republican men.
