Card skimmer discovered at ATM in Westerville

Police are investigating after a card skimmer was discovered on an ATM at in Westerville on July 13.Skimmers are electronic devices placed directly over an ATM card reader slot to illegally record personal data and personal identification numbers.The device was placed on an ATM at a CVS Pharmacy on Cleveland Ave., according to the Westerville Division of Police.Anyone who may have used the ATM at this location is urged to check their accounts and report any suspicious withdrawals or transactions
