State Auditor Dave Yost made clear last week that, following the release of his audit of the now-closed ECOT, he thinks the online charter school fraudulently got more state money than it deserved for inactive students in the 2016-17 school year. So why no finding for recovery, which is how the auditor lets government entities know they owe money to taxpayers?
