About six weeks ago, we were told that, as of the July 1 effective date of the current two-year state budget, no state money was flowing to Planned Parenthood. So why is Gov. John Kasich on the campaign trail saying that his team is exploring ways to defund Planned Parenthood in the Buckeye State after videos emerged of the group planning to distribute organs from aborted fetuses?
