Capitol Insider: Kasich plans travel abroad before general election

When you travel with John Kasich, you never know when news will strike like a bolt from the sky. So it was Friday after a town-hall meeting in Franklin, New Hampshire, when the Ohio governor told a reporter from a Jewish New York paper that he might visit Israel and other countries before the general election.
