Cameron Mitchell's M, Refectory earn four diamonds from AAA

AAA named Cameron Mitchell's M, and the Refectory to its list of Four Diamond restaurants, the only central Ohio establishments to earn the rating this year. The Orchids in Cincinnati was the state's lone Five Diamond-rated restaurant.
