California man’s body found buried in yard

CLEVELAND -- A body found buried in the backyard of a vacant Cleveland home has been identified as that of Nicholas A. Rowe, 31, of Chula Vista, Calif. He had been shot in the head, the Cuyahoga County medical examiner said.
