Burned woman might get chance to testify after all

Judy Malinowski, a severely burned woman who lost a long-awaited chance last month to testify against her attacker, might yet have her day in court. Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien has asked a judge to allow the gravely ill Malinowski to give a deposition that could be used to "perpetuate her testimony" in the event she succumbs, as expected, to her injuries.
